The Unforgotten Bed & Breakfasts

This weekend I came out to Boerne to take a look at some of the area's best bed and breakfasts. Though initially startled by the price of the Bed and Breakfast & Cuisine Tour wristband—a whopping $20 bucks—in retrospect, I feel the experience was well worth the expense. (It would have been especially reasonable if I had opted to eat any of the food. Unfortunately, because of poor planning on my part, I had already consumed two pseudo-lunches by the time I began the tour, so more food was out of the question.)

After my visits, I added a new headline to the top of the Boerne Today homepage titled Want to get away? Choose one of these B&Bs. While I'm pleased with the reviews, I feel a little guilty because the feature only covers four of the seven bed and breakfasts included in the tour. Because it was self-guided (meaning you have to drive yourself around town with a very confusing, fine-print map), I wasn't able to make it to every property in the allotted time.

So I just want to say "Sorry" to the three I missed. I'm sure you're all just lovely.

For everyone reading this, this is my attempt to give a little recognition to the missing three B&Bs: Acorn B&B, Cibolo Creek Loft, and the Namaste Retreat.

Don't forget about these when you plan your next vacation to Boerne!
